摘要: The uptake and degradation of low-density lipoproteins the esterification synthesis cholesterol were poorly down-regulated by in HepG2 cells. Addition to cells increased free esterified heavier fraction high-density enhanced decreased acyl CoA:cholesterol acyltransferase activity. also caused a net efflux from lighter did not have any significant effect on metabolism or cellular level. Neither nor fractions found specific binding properties
