摘要: A Kronig-Penney model with a constant electric field is used to examine the transmission properties of electrons in one-dimensional disordered systems. Disorder introduced into system by assuming that strengths δ-function potential are random variables uniformly distributed. In particular cases where strength varies from 0 W (barriers) and −W (wells) considered. Extensive results presented compared other theories.
