摘要: The influence of particle size and grain type on the performance, AME(n), gross morphological histological parameters various segments digestive tract broilers fed wheat- or corn-based diets was investigated. experimental design a 2 x factorial arrangement treatments evaluating sizes (fine coarse) types (wheat corn). were achieved by grinding whole grains in hammer mill to pass through 1-mm 7-mm screen sizes. Broiler starter diets, based corn-soybean meal, formulated, pelleted, each diet offered 6 cages 8 male from d 1 21 posthatching. results showed that differences distribution still existed between after pelleting especially proportion coarse particles (1 mm over). In improved (P = 0.06) weight gains compared with fine grinding, but this effect not observed wheat-based diets. both lowered 0.05) type. Overall, present feed varies depending
