摘要: Communities occupy a central position in effective health systems, notably through monitoring of service quality and by giving recipients care voice. Our review identifies community-led mechanisms best practices. Implementation improved delivery at facility-level, system-wide infrastructure outcomes among care. Successful models were community-led, collaborative, continuous systematic, incorporated advocacy community education. Identifying replicating successful practices is key pathway to equitable access HIV services overall.
