摘要: Abstract This paper reports on an experimental study of the fracture energy concrete reinforced with natural fibres hemp, elephant grass, and wheat straw. Concrete specimens containing 0.19% by weight 40 mm length were uniaxially tested wedge splitting test (WST) method. The addition was found to improve toughness plane concrete. most distinctive increase in has been observed hemp concrete, up 70%, when comparing non whereas for straw grass this moderate, 2% 5%, respectively. beneficial effect is believed be result fibre’s high tensile strength fineness, resulting a better bonding between matrix. presence decreased minimally 4%, 7%, 8% specimens,
