摘要: Phosphonate analogs of EDTA and DTPA, in which the acetic acid has been replaced by methylene phosphonic (DTPMP EDTMP) have labeled with 113mIn evaluated as skeletal imaging agents. Organ distributions rats, blood clearances dogs, images obtained rabbits are presented. 113mIn-DTPMP exhibits desired characteristics to supplant 85Sr other bone-seeking radiopharmaceuticals used areas world where 99mTc is not routinely or regularly available.
