摘要: Ziele der Bypass-Chirurgie (BPCH) sind die Verbesserung Angina pectoris (AP), Leistungsfdhigkeit, LV-Funktion sowie Prognose AP. Neuere Statistiken deuten auf eine sign. Besserung letzteren nach BPCH hin, vor allem bei 2- and 3-Gefaserkrankungen. Primdre Indikation stellt wie schwere AP mit Leistungseinbuse dar, prognostische Aspekte konnen jedoch mitbestimmend sein. Die Zone regionaler Ischdmie sollte durch LV-Angiographie unter Stress regionale Flusmessungen (Szintigraphie etc.) abgegrenzt, „kritische” Stenose exakter objektiviert werden.
