摘要: The stacked array piezoelectric deformable mirror (DM) used in adaptive optics (AO) systems usually has actuator-corresponding high-frequency temperature-induced distortion (TID) on its surface when the working temperature is different from design temperature, which harmful to beam quality. To effectively eliminate TID, we introduce a hybrid connection structure (H-DM), adopts magnetic besides conventional adhesive structure. TID characteristics of H-DM are analyzed using finite element method, and wavefront compensation capability novel also investigated simulation. In experiment, initial shape lab-manufactured measured. experimental results show that good shape, no exists environment changes. Thus it can be seen could well corrected by itself, thereby environmental adaptability DM improved substantially.
