摘要: The nonlinear current-voltage ({ital I}-{ital V}) characteristics are discussed in terms of thermally activated vortex-antivortex pairs the CuO{sub 2} planes. interaction energy two vortices a pair grows linearly with their separation due to interplane coupling. This linear gives rise critical current which decreases temperature. {ital V} characteristic has form V}{similar to}{ital I}({ital I}{minus}{ital I}{sub c}}){sup {alpha}({ital T}){minus}1}. Comparisons experiments on Y-Ba-Cu-O discussed. We suggest that data case magnetic field may be associated thermal vortex-unbinding transition.
