摘要: Although polyaniline (PAni) has been studied extensively in the past, little work done on producing films of this material via plasma deposition. We have synthesized and analysed photoresponse behavior plasma-deposited proceeded to dope using light with various metal ions. Upon illumination, photocurrent responses thin increased over time, response was dependent film thickness. On doping ions, densities were enhanced from nano- micro-amperes per square centimeters. Doping seemed, however, cause become unstable. Despite setback, which requires further research, drastic increase current shows great promise for development application area organic electronics photovoltaics.
