摘要: Lower urinary tract obstruction is a complex disease process wherein interactions between the partially obstructed urethra, detrusor, and central nervous system leads to constellation of bladder function abnormalities that may not be totally reversible after relief obstruction. Although precise molecular pathophysiology obstruction-induced dysfunction still somewhat uncertain, urethra induces gross anatomical, histological, cellular, alterations in wall which impairs both storage emptying.73,38,9,19,42
