摘要: Abstract Tannery wastewater containing chromium (Cr) is one of the most serious problems in leather industry. In order to develop an effective and eco-friendly treatment technology, a combined chemical–biological system was performed for Cr remediation recycling. The aim present study design laboratory scale using chemical precipitation Cr(III) with biological removal Cr(VI) from tannery wastewater, investigate possibility recycling recovered tanning Chemical carried out lime cement dust. actinomycete strain Kitasatosporia sp. used microcosm studies bioremoval. Moreover, parameters such as type porous medium, inoculum size, flow rate culture conditions were investigated. precipitated that stage recycled Our findings indicate maximum (98%) achieved 2g/100mL 2h settling rate. On other hand, columns sand inoculated induced (OD 600 =2.43) (2mL/min) gave recovery (99%) Cr(VI). experimental successfully process leathers showed comparable properties same tanned commercial Cr(III). Thus, we concluded together promising strategy economic environmental friendly
