摘要: Abstract A high-performance liquid chromatography method was developed to determine the various carotenoids in tomato juice. C 30 column and a mobile phase of acetonitrile–1-butanol (7:3, v/v) (A) methylene chloride (B) with following gradient elution were used: 99% 1% B intitally, increased 4% 20 min, 10% 50 min returned 55 min. Sixteen carotenoids, including all- trans -lutein, -β-carotene, -lycopene their 13 cis isomers identified resolved within 52 flow-rate at 2.0 ml/min detection 476 nm. Of extraction solvent systems, best efficiency juice achieved by employing ethanol–hexane (4:3, v/v). Lycopene found be present largest amount juice, followed β-carotene lutein.
