摘要: The curriculum profile that is required by management graduates in this competitive environment going under considerable change. Demands and expectations of businesses corporate are increasing from their potential employees. These can only be fulfilled if desired changes the being done universities who actually entrusted with responsibility. This paper focuses on determining competencies a firm demands university curricula follow to educate students identify gap between two. Questionnaire method will used for collecting Data HR managers different institutes. SPSS analysis data. Practical implications: use information make demanded improve student’s employability. Study revealed failed match up industry experts.
