摘要: Novel polymer-incarcerated osmium (PI Os) catalysts have been developed. The Os were shown to be nontoxic and nonvolatile, stable for several months in air. Asymmetric dihydroxylation of alkenes using these proceeded smoothly afford the corresponding diols high yields with enantioselectivities. could recovered reused. One mol-scale preparation a key intermediate camptothecin, an anticancer drug, has also successfully demonstrated by catalysts.
