摘要: We investigate the influence of many body effects on banding in systems with low dimensionality. This includes organic solids, polymers and layered materials. It is argued this paper, that many-body can become important generating quasi-3-dimensinality. suggest effect particularly doped where there are locally regions free charge like highTc superconductors. Various mechanisms for enhanced induced weak direction discussed. polarisation correlations Hubbard type.
