摘要: Deficiency in Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) may predispose to some malignancies, including gonadal tumors and experimental models vitamin has been proven inhibit the growth of cancer cells. To learn more about potential role cancerogenesis, we evaluated expression functionality D receptor (VDR) its metastasis ovarian cells murine human teratocarcinoma cell lines. In our studies employed embrynic stem (ESD3), (P19) (NTERA-2) teratocarcimona lines, (A2780) as well purified very small embryonic like (VSELs). We these effect exposure on proliferation migration. here provide also evidence for germline-derived this supports proposal that treatment inhibits metastatic several malignancies. found ESD3 immortalized line normal, pluripotent, germline-marker-positive embryonic-like (VSELs) isolated from adult tissues are stimulated by D3, which suggests affects earliest stages embryogenesis. however all normal malignant germ-line derived express functional VDR, differently their postulate while anticancer drug cells, it protect play an important development tissue/organ regeneration.
