摘要: The Amsterdam Zuidas area is planned to become a large multi-functional development with mix of offices, dwellings and facilities. As part broader empirical investigation, the valuation land use this mega-project by specific class stakeholders, namely, commercial investors, examined in paper. We are particularly interested expected impact locational characteristics on urban rent area. study based an extensive interview questionnaire, which future scenarios spatial externalities also investigated. reveals that expectations investors driven complex set factors. Particularly important accessibility image. relative importance multifunctionality found be modest.
