摘要: • Aggressive cemento-ossifying fibroma is the most aggressive tumor of all cementum-containing neoplasms. An extensive, destructive ethmoid region was found in a patient. To our knowledge, this first case location. A radical maxillectomy ultimately required to control tumor, preserving orbital contents.
