摘要: Abstract This letter reports on our observation that an alternating electric field is able to induce the formation of electrically conducting network in carbon black (CB) filled resins well below zero-field percolation threshold. Compared with recently presented dc method, ac agglomeration more efficient two respects: it proceeds significantly faster under equivalent conditions and still effective at higher ionic concentration. In contrast ramified form dc-induced CB networks, favors parallel chains. The experimental results can be explained taking into account conductivities matrices as charges induced dipoles particles.
