摘要: A series of activated carbons (ACs) were prepared by chemical activation hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) stem with KOH. The porous structure the samples was characterized N2, CO2 and H2 adsorption, surface property analyzed IR. All show type I isotherms multimodal pore size distributions in <10 nm region, a super AC BET area 3241 m2/g total volume 1.98 cm3/g is obtained. Hydrogen uptakes are linear function specific area, volume, micropore maximum hydrogen 3.28 wt.% at −196 °C, 1.0 bar. adsorption mainly takes place micropores but not absolutely, mesopores range 2–5 nm also make important contribution. gas amount dominated ultramicropores lower pressure, then lager major contributions higher pressure.
