The gall midges (Diptera, Cecidomyiidae) from three restingas of Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil.

摘要: One hundred and eight species of Cecidomyiinae (Cecidomyiidae) were found in association with 53 plant distributed among 42 genera 32 families at restingas Barra de Marica, Itaipuacu Carapebus. Ninety four gall midge cecidogenous, predaceous, five inquilinous galls free living. Galling associated 47 belonging to 36 28 families. The majority the occurred on leaves (N = 63); 13 buds; nine inflorescence, closed flower or peduncle; three fruits one tendril. Myrtaceae richest family number followed by Burseraceae, Nyctaginaceae, Sapotaceae, Erythroxylaceae, Malpighiaceae Solanaceae. New records host plants localities recorded. Seventy Restinga 64 Carapebus 41 Itaipuacu. Sorensen's index revealed that Marica ate more similar fauna, confirming a positive relation between geographical proximity fauna similarity.
