摘要: Group development research has proposed various models to explain how new groups form, work together, and disband. Most of these fall into one two categories: stage models, often exemplified by Tuckman, (1965); the punctuated equilibrium model Gersick (1988). In this paper we develop an integrated group that combines types model. We studied six newly-formed medical worked on similar projects over a seven week period. Three "normally", while three used Support System (GSS) was them. The behavior ânormalâ followed for GSS more closely resembled use scripts (behavioral templates guide person in thinking about behave commonly encountered situations) as foundation our development. argue when members enact scripts, ones fit with each other, they can quickly begin task little discussion (similar model).
