摘要: The Structured and Scaled Interview to Assess Maladjustment (SSIAM) is described, together with its rationale development. SSIAM contains questions by which a trained interviewer gathers evidence of maladjustment, corresponding scales on rate this evidence. interview, takes about half an hour, has 45 items assess deviant behavior, friction others, subjective distress, within five fields maladjustment: work, social, family, marriage, sex. A further 15 cover the degree environmental stress, prognostic issues, aspects positive mental health.
