摘要: Between September 1988 and August 1989, 12 patients with 15 sites of late radiation necrosis the soft tissues were treated pentoxifylline, a hemorrheologic agent that has been used to treat variety vasculo-occlusive disorders. Four these necroses located in oromucosa, four mucosa female genitalia, seven skin. At time analysis, 87% (13/15) had healed completely, one was partially healed. Furthermore, time-course healing pentoxifylline significantly less than duration nonhealing prior (average: 9 weeks vs 30 1/2 weeks). All pain relief. These results indicate can contribute tissue necrosis. They also support concept injury skin is at least partly due vascular injury.
