摘要: The objective of this article is to review the recent adoption, experience, and applications robot-assisted laparoscopy in gynecologic surgery. use robotics surgery increasing United States. Robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgeries gynecology include benign hysterectomy, myomectomy, tubal reanastomoses, radical lymph node dissections, sacrocolpopexies. majority current literature includes case series various robotic surgeries. Recently, comparative retrospective prospective studies have demonstrated feasibility particular type Although individual vary, often associated with longer operating room time but generally similar clinical outcomes, decreased blood loss, shorter hospital stay. Robot-assisted will likely continue develop as more surgeons are trained patients seek minimally invasive surgical options. Well-designed, well-defined clinical, long-term including complications, cost, pain, return normal activity, quality life, needed fully assess value new technology.
