摘要: AbstractA grouting technique for enzymatic calcite precipitation is evaluated. Urea and calcium salt, at various concentrations, are mixed with a concentration-fixed enzyme to obtain the optimal of CaCO3. The optimally combined solution injected into sand samples in small PVC cylinders. Then, improvement small-scale observed. combination, approved tests, further used larger-scale tests. porosity distribution within soil evaluated by sampling treated different locations. A ratio up 80% can be obtained using amount enzyme. results show that situ CaCO3 may feasible use applications. multiphysics simulator considers reaction during transport adopted predict evolution porosity. predicted porosities compared measured porosities. sho...
