摘要: Abstract The rate of 5' to 3' exonucleolytic degradation by the Micrococcus luteus DNA polymerase is stimulated deoxyribonucleoside triphosphates. A single deoxynucleoside triphosphate can stimulate 6-fold an alternating sequence polymer. It neither necessary nor sufficient that be complementary bases polymer in order not chemically altered due its role as a stimulator.
