摘要: Cigarette smoking increases the risk of atherothrombotic clinical events such as myocardial infarction and effect is dose dependent for persons who continue to smoke. Reductions in habit cessation are important ways improve cardiovascular favorably affect primary secondary prevention disease. Therapeutic methods reduction include nicotine replacement, behavioral interventions, medications (bupropion, clonidine). Improved rates under active study methods, targeting smokers immediately after infarction, consideration depression smokers, pharmacogenomics identify may respond more specific newer that endocannabinoid receptors.
