摘要: Traffic assignment models attempt to determine the usage of each route and/or link in a transportation network, given information about number trips being taken between various locations, characteristics and vehicles on network. Though term “assignment” seems connote prescriptive process which are assigned particular routes, there both descriptive/positive prescriptive/normative traffic models.
