摘要: To study the effect of nanoscale titanium dioxide (TiO2) on cell responses, we synthesized four modifications TiO2 (amorphous, anatase, brookite, and rutile) capable keeping their physicochemical characteristics in a culture medium. The were obtained by hydrolysis TiCl4 Ti(i-OC3H7)4 (TIP) upon variation synthesis conditions; textural, morphological, structural, dispersion examined set methods: XRD, BET, SAXS, DLS, AFM, SEM, HR-TEM. conditions (nature precursor, pH, temperature, addition complexing agent) structural-dispersion properties nanoparticles was studied. methods providing preparation amorphous, rutile 3–5 nm size selected. Examination different forms interaction with MDCK cells transmission electron microscopy ultrathin sections revealed responses after treatment crystalline amorphous form TiO2. results allowed us to conclude that direct contact plasma membrane is primary critical step defines subsequent response cell.
