摘要: Porous calcium polyphosphate (CPP) scaffolds with different polymerization degree and crystalline phases were prepared, then analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Thermmogravimetry (TG) X-ray diffraction (XRD). Number average was calculated analyzing the calcining process of raw material Ca(H2PO4)2, as a polycondensation reaction. Amorphous CPP prepared quenching from melt Ca(H2PO4)2 after calcining, controlling time. Meanwhile, same to amorphous or which made crystallization CPP. In vitro degradation studies using 0.1 M tris-buffered solution performed assess effect on mechanical properties weight loss samples. With increase degree, during decreased, contrarily strength increased. The velocity CPP, α-CPP, β-CPP γ-CPP decreased in turn at period. full period can be controlled between 17 days more than 1 year. results this study suggest that ceramics have potential applications for bone tissue engineering.
