摘要: Canoparmelia s.l. (Canoparmelia and Crespoa) is representative in open areas cerrados its ability to tolerate dry sunny environments contributes the settlement of several species urbanized areas. This work intended describe morphology six s.l., including study type specimens, verification chemical variability a comparative thallus anatomy, looking for characteristics that can be used support taxonomic studies this group. The selected were caroliniana, C. cryptochlorophaea, texana, Crespoa carneopruinata, crozalsiana scrobicularis. To perform anatomical studies, samples material fixed FAA 50 included resin methacrylate, cut rotary microtome, stained with toluidine blue mounted on microscope slides synthetic Entellan®. protocol anatomic description developed by Lichenological Group Studies (GEL) was slides. morphological also GEL specimens. Spot tests, UV fluorescence tests thin layer chromatography conducted analysis. specimens requested LD, H, S, W SP herbaria. efficient reach proposed objectives revealed significant differences cortex algal transversal sectioning studied species; these distinction between Crespoa. Some structures, such as pseudocyphellae found scrobicularis haptera observed cryptochlorophaea require further studies. Chromatography showed three texana have profile differs from probably belong new taxon. has shown anatomy an important role understanding development different structures high potential, yet it little explored field Lichenology.
