摘要: The uptake, distribution and determination of Se its compounds in macrophyte Veronica anagallis-aquatica were investigated. V. anagallis-aquatica sediments sampled years 2009-2011 2013 three Slovenian watercourses flowing through an agricultural area, where addition feedstuffs has been performed for about 25 years. content up to 0.86 μg g(-1) whole plant varied from 0.186 1.535 μg g(-1), all on dry weight basis. measured also different parts; highest found roots lowest stems. Separation extractable was by ion exchange chromatography on-line detection inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry used. results showed that only approximately 24% the extracted using enzyme Protease XIV. Extractable parts 10.5% 29.6% leaves. Identification Se(IV) Se(VI) achieved but no Se-amino acids detected even at content. According our results, we assume feedstuff shows minimal impact selected area.
