摘要: Conventional and platinum modified diffusion aluminide coatings on nickel base superalloys have been compared in tests designed to establish conditions representative of those existing gas turbines operating over a range applications. The resistances these oxidation, high temperature hot corrosion, low corrosion compared. Platinum has found significantly improve the resistance aluminides all forms degradation. Substrate composition is also factor affecting coating lives oxidation attack corrosion. improves performances by causing such more effectively utilize aluminum selective process.
