摘要: Abstract The prime demand for expansion of feed-based aquaculture is the quest new protein-rich ingredients to accomplish global food and nutritional securities. Simultaneously, consistent production agro-industrial wastes their disposal a major issue, although, better profile these fostering way forward valorize in animal/fish feed. present study was proposed ensure valorization castor oil industry’s residues i.e. cake or meal by standardizing process preparation protein isolate with help iso-electric precipitation method subsequently utilizing them fish Maximum recoveries content (P 75 diets whereas, minimum CPI100 fed group. Dietary CPI did not affect body indices, survival composition rohu fingerlings. Based on results, it can be concluded that would valuable ingredient feed 75% substitution soy could possible without any harmful effects growth, conversion, nutrient utilization survival.
