摘要: Abstract The aim of the study was to assess a long-term impact cumulative application sewage sludge on plant yield and soil microbial parameters. conducted in 1 m2 lysimeter plots. In 2006 applied selected plots at rate 100 t dry matter per hectare while other were fertilized with mineral nitrogen. After 6 years, same order achieve single or rates. compared constantly ammonia nitrate treated digestate. Sludge stimulated an increase biomass similar higher than effect nitrogen fertilization. highest enzyme activities recorded for rates but soils also exhibited high activity alkaline phosphatase dehydrogenases. count culturable microorganisms reflected trends observed activities. revealed that sludges meet quality standards agriculture stimulate both number even when reclamation
