摘要: Knowledge management (KM) has long been theorized as an important source of organizational competitive advantage. By developing dynamic capability leveraging intellectual assets, organization is expected to be able innovatively respond changing environment. However, the research streams creativity and innovation on one hand KM other have surprisingly separate over last decades. Specifying sharing two modes knowledge, this study proposes verifies a theoretical model linking creative process engagement with individual via mechanisms tacit explicit knowledge sharing. Using two-wave survey design, we collected data from sample 194 employees their supervisors. The results showed that three types specific in activities (i.e., problem identification, information searching encoding, idea generation) differentially interactively affect employees’ behavior, which processes played different roles. Theoretical practical implications are discussed.
