摘要: Abstract Monolithic polymers are described as continuous and highly porous materials. They have been gaining popularity an effective extracting phase for some sample preparation methods, due to their variety of functionalities, such wide pH range tolerance, good permeability, its ability allow changes into surface. Polypyrrole represents interesting alternative the modification in extraction phases well related perform multiple interactions, acid-base, π - π, ion exchange, interactions with hydrophobic affinities or polar functional groups. Among different techniques, solid-phase (SPE) is one most popular used; a miniaturized version SPE disposable pipette (DPX). DPX recent technique that usually employing silica-based sorbents inside tip (5 1 mL). The present study proposes development monolithic composed by styrene divinylbenzene (1:1) modified polypyrrole techniques. efficiency material was evaluated face samples analytes, triazine herbicides water dexamethasone synthetic synovial liquid conventional extractions performed presented absolute recovery values ranging from 74.8 105.0%, inter-day precision 0.6 14.0%, limit quantification 0.5 5.0 ng.mL−1, respectively. method exhibited results equivalent methods reported literature fluid samples. . Moreover, this proved be quicker cheaper than SPE, produced fewer residual volumes, supporting preference green chemistry. feasible
