摘要: Abstract Indirect competitive electrochemical immunosensor for hepatitis A virus antigen (HAV) detection was developed by immobilizing HAV on the surface of carbon nanopowder paste electrode. The monitoring target performed using a secondary antibody labeled with peroxidase. analytical signal corresponds to an amperometric current resulting from addition hydrogen peroxide and hydroquinone as redox mediator. calibration curve obtained plotting intensity versus concentrations antigens. low limit attained estimated be 26·10− 5 IU·mL− 1. sensitivity also investigated compared indirect ELISA. Moreover, provides exact results over broad linear range 2·10− 4 5·10− 3 IU·mL− 1, (R2 = 0.998). average relative standard deviation (RSD) this method less than 3% assays same day 7% measurements made different days. exhibits good stability high biological selectivity successfully applied determination in water samples.
