摘要: Abstract Five new terpenoids including one abietane diterpenoid (1), aromadendrane (6), two norsesquiterpenoids (8 and 9), a cembrane-derived (12), together with seven known compounds were isolated from Populus euphratica resins. The structures of these compounds, their absolute configurations, characterized by spectroscopic computational methods. All the except 8 test for neuroprotective activities. result revealed that 1, 7, 10–12 display activities in glutamate-induced SH-SY5Y cells concentration-dependent manner.
