摘要: A current generating device for two different currents having magnitudes in response to corresponding one-bit data of digital a plurality bits includes: NMOS transistors, (1,2,3), control signal circuit and supply circuit. The generates voltage (V2) at which transistors (2,3) can be turned on (V3) is the range between ground potential threshold values off. complementarily applies voltages (V1,V2) (2,3). transistor (1) with predetermined magnitude. respond (V2, V3) switch allow/prevent passage predetermined-magnitude generated by (1).
