摘要: This paper presents a model based decision support system (DSS) for evaluating performance. Performance evaluation in business is difficult. Multicriteria methods are used of performance public and private organizations. The proposed on financial ratios some such as Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Technique Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) Simple additive weighting (SAW). AHP theory measurement through pairwise comparisons relies the judgements experts derive priority scales it determine criteria weights. TOPSIS help select best alternative with finite number criteria. SAW most widely method because simple easy use understand. developed implemented real application. General Terms Decision Support System, Making
