摘要: Glomus tumors are rare, soft-tissue neoplasms arising from the thermoregulatory neuromyoarterial glomus bodies. They commonly observed in extremities and typically present with symptoms of cold hypersensitivity, pain localized tenderness. Intraneural (INGTs) even rarer. Here we review literature on INGT an unusual case asymptomatic INGT, found incidentally within excision specimen a spiradenocarcinoma that arose near natal cleft. Interestingly, this had not been identified magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) used to investigate spiradenocarcinoma. Although usually considered benign, malignant transformation has reported, highlighting need for reporting pathologists treating clinicians be aware entity.
