摘要: Background: Investigation of transcription regulators in carcinoma can contribute greatly to clarifying the biological character carcinoma. In this study, we examined expression ets-1 and ets-2, prominent belonging ets family, various colonic tissues. Materials Methods: We investigated ets- 2 normal colon, hyperplastic polyps, adenomas, carcinoma-in-adenoma adenocarcinomas by means immunohistochemistry. Results: Expression ets-2 was not observed colon polyp. The ets-I labeling index significantly increased with successive events carcinogenesis. A similar tendency for neoplasms. adenocarcinoma, directly linked lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: These results suggest that may act as genes related carcinogenesis progression adenocarcinoma.
