摘要: Background: Thyrotropin (TSH) changes in extreme primary hypothyroidism include increased secretion, slowed degradation, and diminished or absent TSH circadian rhythms. Diminished rhythms are also observed central hypothyroid patients have been speculated to be a cause of hypothyroidism.
