摘要: The purpose of the research was to investigate therapeutic ability selenium nanoparticles (Se-NPs) on aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) toxicity induced in male reproductive system. For this experiment, mature mice were put into four groups. Control (0.5 ml PBS, 60 days; IP, n = 7), Se-NPs (0.5 µg kg-1  day-1 for IP), AFB1 (4.5 mg kg-1 IP) and AFB1 + Se-NPs  + 0.5 µg kg-1 IP). After treatment, histological structure testis, serum testosterone level sperm parameters, including concentration, motility, viability, morphology DNA fragmentation, examined. results demonstrated that destroyed testicular tissue decreased viability normal significantly. also could significantly increase fragmentation reduce vitro fertilisation embryo development compared control group (p < .001). Our data show inhibit AFB1-induced damage testis improve parameters as well production exposed mice. This study revealed administration attenuate injury system function
