摘要: Previous work has documented that antisocial personality disorder (APD) is associated with increased rates of HIV risk behaviors and worse substance abuse treatment outcomes. The question addressed by this paper whether cocaine users APD respond to an risk-reduction intervention as well without the disorder. study subjects were 333 followed up at 18 months part a NIDA-funded demonstration project. total sample improved across wide range behaviors. Improving significantly (P<0.05) from baseline 18-month follow-up several drug-related behaviors: use; current dependence; use drugs other than drug injection; injection equipment sharing; syringes not cleaned.
