摘要: Galerkin methods for nonlinear parabolic problems are studied. For suitable space domains in $\mathbb{R}^3 $, two-level discrete-time proposed which shown to yield optimal order of approximation a more general class problem than has been analyzed heretofore. An induction argument is used treat capacity terms. One method studied yields second convergence time while requiring the solution linear algebraic system only once per step.
