摘要: Thornberry's interactional model (1987) suggested that the process of delinquency could be explained by reciprocal relations between social control variables and learning over developmental stages. However, previous studies for testing (Thornberry et al., 1991, 1994) had some limitations. They did not adequately include theoretically significant measures both variables. fully cover transition throughout adolescence. also examine variation category individual criminal propensity. This study selects family attachment as deviant peer association variable. tests relationships among attachment, delinquent peers, across full adolescence early adulthood. In addition, this hypothesizes causal processes vary gender late onset group. Data to test these hypotheses are from 1977, 1980, 1983, 1987 National Youth Survey. found is more reciprocally related than attachment.
